The City of Whitehorse is designing a new park for Leota Street in Whistle Bend.
Spanning 1.5 hectares the park will be a marquee site for the neighbourhood. It will be designed to be inclusive and accessible for all, appeal to a wide demographic of residents and provide connectivity to Whistle Bend's network of trails and roads.
The park will feature play structures for ages 2 to 12, include a multi-generational space, open play space, unique play spaces and an outdoor gathering space with picnic areas.
