Taylor Eshpeter is the Manager of the City of Whitehorse - Engineering Services Department. Taylor's roles at the City include managing and guiding a team of engineers, technologists, and coordinators in the City's Engineering Department, providing engineering guidance to Mayor and Council, and overseeing the City's captital infrastructure program. Taylor provides project support to the project manager for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project. 

Bassam Hamwi is a Principal and the Transportation Planning practice lead with the firm Morrison Hershfield Ltd., a professional services firm providing engineering and management consulting services. Bassam's work includes infrastructure planning at the project & program levels; environmental planning; intelligent transportation systems planning & implementation; transit planning & operations; traffic modelling & forecasting; traffic operations & safety analysis; parking management; policy formulation; engineering training, as well as business & economic analysis. Bassam is the project manager/technical lead for the consulting team for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project.

Stanley Li is a Principal and Transportation Engineer with the firm Morrison Hershfield Ltd., a professional services firm providing engineering and management consulting services. Stanley's work includes transportation functional planning, transportation master planning, transit planning, traffic impact assessment, travel demand forecasting, interchange and highway designs, road safety, and transportation statistics. Stanley is the deputy project manager for the consulting team for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project.

Andres Baez is a transportation planning engineer with the firm Morrison Hershfield Ltd., a professional services firm providing engineering and management consulting services. Andres work includes multi-modal transportation planning and engineering, neighbourhood mobility and traffic calming studies, traffic and parking impact studies, road safety, school transportation planning, transit planning and roadway functional design. Andres is a Senior Transportation Planner for the consulting team for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project.

Simon Lapointe is a Planner with the firm 3Pikas, a boutique planning and design consultancy based in Whitehorse, Yukon. Simon has worked as a planner, designer, and project manager on land development projects, land use plans, growth development plans, detailed site plans, and comprehensive community plans. Simon is co-leading the engagement consultation for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project.

Matthias Purdon is a community-focused planner and sustainability expert with the firm 3Pikas, a boutique planning and design consultancy based in Whitehorse, Yukon. His work includes public engagement and environmental assessment for a variety of land development planning and municipal infrastructure projects. Matthias is co-leading the engagement consultation for the Whitehorse Transportation Master Plan project.
