Master Plan and Final Report Update 5: Council Approves Plan

On April 22, 2024, Council approved the Copper Ridge Development Area Master Plan as a guiding document.

The Plan sets out a vision, guiding principles and associated policies to guide decisions on land use and development in the Plan area, to create a quality residential development that meets the needs of current and future residents while also preserving and enhancing natural areas to protect neighbourhood amenities.
