We are excited to release the What We Heard Report which summarizes the input we received from the webinar, survey, and key stakeholders. This report will inform the design workshops occurring during the Planning Charrette stage of this project.
Public Open Houses
Thank you to everyone who attended the open houses. These helped inform the public on the two land use scenarios to allow them to provide informed responses to the planning charrette survey.
Planning Charrette Survey
Thank you to everyone who completed the planning charrette survey – we received 206 responses!
The What We Heard Report included as an Appendix in the draft Copper Ridge Development Area Land Use Master Plan summarizes the input we received from the open houses, survey, and key stakeholders. This report informed the preparation of a preferred land use concept and ancillary report occurring during the Master Plan and Final Report stage of this project.

City Planning Committee - Introduction Report
The Copper Ridge Development Area Master Plan was brought forward to the City Planning Committee for consideration.
Public Input Session
Thank you to everyone who provided a written and/or in person submission regarding the proposed Copper Ridge Development Area Master Plan. The submissions will be considered as part of the public input process and addressed in the public input report tentatively scheduled for presentation on March 18.
